Feature: Access logging of the use of BewoningMetPeriode
  Searching and consulting the data of citizens is "geprotocolleerd" (formally logged).

  Access logging must take place at two levels:
  - at RvIG, at the level of consuming organizations
  - at the consuming organization, at the level of users

  This feature describes only how access logging works at the level of consuming organizations at the source (RvIG)

  The following data is recorded there:
  - request_id: unique identification of the message exchange
  - request_datum: the moment at which the access logging was recorded
  - afnemer_code: identification code of the consuming organization, as included in the OAuth 2 token sent
  - anummer: the A-nummer of the person whose data was requested or supplied
  - request_zoek_rubrieken: list of all parameters used in the request, translated into LO BRP element numbers
  - request_gevraagde_rubrieken: list of all data requested with fields, translated into LO BRP element numbers
  - verwerkt: fixed value false (boolean)

  Both request_zoek_rubrieken and request_gevraagde_rubrieken contain the LO BRP element numbers as 6-digit item numbers (including the leading zero), separated by a comma and a space, and sorted in ascending order.

  Rule: The datumVan and datumTot parameters filter on datum aanvang adreshouding (08.10.30) and datum aanvang adres buitenland (08.13.20); the adresseerbaarObjectIdentificatie parameter searches on identificatiecode verblijfplaats (08.11.80)
