Feature: Deriving initials from the given names of a person (GezagPersoonBeperkt)

As a customer of municipalities
I want my initials rather than my given names to be filled in automatically in e-forms and personalized "mijn" environments
so that my name is displayed clearly

The initials are included as one (1) initial per given name, followed by a period (.).
If a given name is a compound name separated by a hyphen (-), then this given name is (also) abbreviated to a single initial.
If a given name begins with a digraph (Th, Ph, Ch, IJ, etc.), then this given name is (also) abbreviated to a single initial.
If one or more given names consist of a single letter, no period follows the letter.
Where another initial follows an initial without a period (the given name consisted of one letter), a space is placed between them.


  Rule: Voorletters is composed from the first letter of the voornamen, separated by a period
